I was wanting to put a 255 all the way around will I have any fitment problems with that combo?

I'd be willing to bet you're going to rub up front. The combination of added wheel width and decreased offset it going to put you a mm or two farther out but then the inner side wall of the tire will be about 10mm closer than stock 235, 8mm than the stock wheel/tire combo. You'll also be about and inch farther out in the back so you'll probably need to roll the rear fender to prevent the outside from rubbing.
