555r's rub on ONE side???

Put the drag radials on and they only rub on the driver's side. If you look, you can see there is substantially more clearance on the passenger side than the driver's side?

Is there a camber adjustment on the rear or something that could be out?

You rear subframe or crade probably isnt adjusted properly. Do a search on rear crade alignment.

i just put my 275's on and theyre fine so far but im keeping an eye on them.

according to Mike White @ DMS the GTO tends to have tire rub on the rear driver side no matter what.

Your Cradle is not right...I have 275/40/17 D/R and NO rub They were JETNITRO's old tires....They did not rub on his car.....

I have 275 Nitto Drag radials on the rear, and the passanger side rubs on my car! I made an appointment to get the rear cradle adjusted at the dealer in a few weeks. I never noticed before, but just from looking at the back of the car, you can see the alignment is off.

I am running my stock wheels at the moment as my others need tires . I have nitto 275/40/17's on the rear with no rub even with a trunk full of luggage . Must be the rear alignment issue cause mine has never rubbed . The guy I bought the motegi wheels from had a rub isssue on the passenger side rear , I have none . same tire, same wheels, same car, his rubbed mine did not ? My fenders are not rolled , car is in stock form with exception of the slp swaybar and bushings .
