Does anyone here have a GTO that is dropped 3/4 inch or more with aftermarket 18's? What are the specs on them (size, offset, etc). I don't care about about fender cutting/rolling.

hey , i am trying to find autox track wheels. I need to find something i can run good r compound tires on in the right wieght w/o buying 4 sets of the wrong size wheels. I really want to get 18x8.5 in front and 18x9.5 in rear.

btw, if it was a civic i would be going for 20 inchers :shiner:

I have been wanting to know the same thing man. No one seems to want to improve there handling and looks here. I think they must all be old people with nothin else to do but hate on people with nicer gto's than there own. haha

na, it is just a bunch of old foggie drag racers that only care about going fast in a straight line (now that should at least get some people to comment in this thread:judge: ).

I will be putting on my 18's hopefully by Monday and they are 8.5/9.5 front and rear. The eXtreme kit lowers it 1.25", but we might have to swap out for a half inch higher springs to accommodate the wheels and tires. The fenders will half to be rolled as well.

what offsets? i had to get the taller springs so i could make it out of my driveway. I have the orginal oem hieght which is actually 1/2-3/4 drop.

i believe the front offset is 40mm and the rear is 45mm

I was refering to the dropping it. also, a 3/4 drop is 3 in the front, and 4 in the back:stickpoke :drink: If you said .75 i would say just roll them and run a 40 offset in the front, 45-48 in the rear. I'm running 245s in the front w/ a 40 offset, and 275's w/ a 45 offset (field of dreams quote) If you roll them, they will come
