I have almost 22,000 miles on the stockers. There are....maybe....3000 miles left.

I don't want more KDWS's....

I'm considering the General Exclaim UHP's and BFG KDW's or perhaps the BFGoodrich g-Force Sport's.

I think I've ruled out the Goodyear F1 G3-D3's which seem to have balance problems.

I've been reading TireTrack. Anybody here have experience with 17" replacements. I'm considering going to 235's just in case, but I don't have strut rub...

I'm not likely to race...

Priorities are 1) quiet, 2) good handling, and 3) long life.

Feedback? Opinions?

Thanks!!!

Wayne

One word.......Michelin (PS2). Accept no substitutes, believe me.

I've had the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3s for about 5K miles and haven't had a balance or any other negative issue with them...knock on wood! They do handle great.

I loved mine too until about 8K miles.......rotated them and could never get the balance back, even using "on-car" balancing. Goodyear dealer told me they were not intended for use on a heavy car like ours. Hmmmmm.........

Pirelli PZero Nero M+S 235/45/17 See sig... Ive got about 3k on them so far and they are quiet, handle nicely, better traction then the stockers, too soon to see any wear yet, and no strut rub

Just don't tell tire rack what car you are putting them on... they might not sell them to you because they are smaller than stock!

Hope this helps!

My next tire will definately be the Toyo T1R's. Everyone has said really good things about them.

Everybody knows I'm a huge fan of the BFG KDW.
