View Full Version : How does the E-Brake work on the GTO?

Is the rear emergency brake on our goats a ratcheting caliper type or is it a mini-drum built inside the rotor?

Looked at service manual... Mini Drum inside rotor.

Thanks a lot. I wonder how they work it then with 2 piece, aluminum hat rotors like Eradispeed. Must have some kind of steel ring insert.
