Just installed today, four Zenetti 18x8.5 with 255/40/18 Michelin's Pilot Sport. 38 offset all around so I can rotate. Did not want to stagger.
Need fender rolling in the back, Can anyone suggest a good shop on Houston, TX.

These are the Deuce, silver painted, 40mm offset, for anyone curious.

Now, a question...How is it exactly that

doesn't rub?

Those are some of the nicest rims I've seen on a GTO.

BTW, those pics are huge. Even with DSL it took a little time.

phobos, is it me or is the fender wrinkled in the picture just above the tire?

Those do look sharp.

I like the look of the wheel but I don't know that it fits the car all that well.

Huntress, I'm also with you on the offset. This just goes to show what Howie/AP said way back in the wheel fitting results thread - that an 8.5 on the front looks sort of funny.

I'm curious as to why this 8.5" is rubbing on the back though...Majority of people with 9" on the back aren't having rubbing with 265s or 275s...And with only 255s on this car...That's just really curious.

Yes it does look like there's a dimple in the fender.

Ahhh, you went with the tires from the GTO 'ICONS NEVER DIE'/Solstace poster! (Ok everybody, go look closely at the tread pattern on the tires in the poster...)

I prefer to think of it as, ahh, you went with the tires that cost $260 a piece (Tirerack is your friend but even that doesn't help with those).

OK, so I looked VERY closely at the tread pattern on the tires in that poster and have determined that those are Bridgestone Potenza S-02's. If you look close you can see the S-02 on the drivers side front tire.

I thought about those but went with the Zenetti Vega rims instead.

Same size but a 43mm OS. Mine don't rub so I'm not sure why yours do.
