I just checked the air pressure in my new GTO and found that every tire had atleast 50 psi pressure. The second I noticed it, i immediately put them back to 35 psi. Was anybody elses GTO delivered with that much pressure in each tire? If you haven't checked them yet, then you better do it now.

I found that a week after I bought it also. A few dealers prep guys dropped the ball. Rides smoother now huh?

I read about this right before I bought mine. The day I bought it, I checked the air pressure and sure enough 50-55psi. I put them at 35 before we left the lot.

Most of those people prepping the car set the tire pressures way too high. Mid 30's is roughly the range you want for typical daily use. You can go higher or lower depending on what you are doing with it.

they all come off the boat with 50-60 psi. it is for shipping purposes, the idiot dealers are supposed to deflate them to 35 or so BEFORE you take delivery. you should make sure they didnt leave in the stays in your suspension...

What do they look like so I can check to see if they did removed them?

The problem is the air in Australia. Because they're "down under" the pressure tends to accumulate there. If it were made in Iceland, the tires would be underinflated.
