May I ask how much the chrome cost?

there are a number of places that will do a chrome wheel exchange. they ship you the chromed wheels, you get them swapped out and ship your original wheels back. calchrome does that for around $500 plus shipping.

Beautiful! Are they chromed on the inside or are they dirty?

People's Pontiac in Las Vegas (I hate the owner, so I'm telling everyone) charges $4,000 for chromed 17" wheels. LOL..... And this dealer has about 30 GTOs on their lot, with about half of them with chromed 17" stockers.

I personally would have gotten the 18"s for the $400, but that's just me.

The dealer claimed he had $1k in chroming the wheels. I spent a significant amount of time cleaning and waxing the wheels yesterday and based on the detail of the finish in cracks and corners....he probably had that in labor. Somebody spent a lot of time on these and were done nice. I just hope the chrome doesn't flake in a couple of years. The wheels are chromed on the inside too but not polished out. Kind of like how the old Cragar's were. I wouldn't waste my time doing the insides unless it was a show only car. Hope this helps. Chad
