Is it possible to somehow disassemble these by removing the outer lens to get to the inside?

I think most people run the stock tires between 30 and 35 psi.

You might get some tire rub if you disassemble them.

Yes you can do that to your taillights, just remember to rotate them every 5,000 miles or you may get strut rub.
