Unfortunately, I do not have the equipment to make them. If they're damaged, then I can repair and repaint them though.
Filling in the exhaust holes on the insert shouldn't be too much trouble. Especially if you have experience with fiberglassing. I have not tried it on an insert yet, but I have fixed a hole in rear bumper before that was similar in size. Patience, time, and lots of sanding.
If I come across one that's filled in, I'll let you know.
