thanks...I tried mounting some slicks before the meet but two of them didn't want to bead up and seat right for some reason so I went with my old drag radials. I ended up doing a 9500rpm burnout through first gear, let off the gas to stop the bloodshed, got back on the gas and immediately shifted to 2nd...what a mess lol

Going to the track tonight to see what the EVO will run with drag radials. We'll have 3 cameras on it. 2 interior and 1 outside cam. We already know the Premier T/A has run 9.1 @ 149 and the EVO 11.2 @ 130 at the track. (EVO on true street tires and 93 pump gas.)
Chris started no lift shifting the EVO and picked up 8mph on the gtech. Gonna try to make it official. Gtech said 10.5 @ 138. It's usually within a tenth at the track. We'll see. Vid coming soon.
That red firebird would have won pretty easily I think had it not spun the tires half way down the track lol.

+1, that EVO was buslengths ahead in the first 1/8 mile though. I thought it was going to get pretty nasty for the T/A but he made of race of it, car must have a sick top end.

Not sure off the top of my head but an upgraded turbo, intercooler and built motor for starters. Runs low low 13's. He's getting wideband soon and going to get it tuned for more power. Mid 12's wouldn't surprise me. He's Vdubrolls on RVF.
