Webasto Hollandia 700 Sunroof`

I am selling a Webasto sunroof that was in my GTO. I took it out because it got stuck in the open position. It has a few pieces in the left side rail that have broken. I contacted a Webasto dealer and it should be repairable. I am including all the wiring and controls that came out of my car. The glass is dark tinted and in perfect condition. Please keep in mind I am selling as-is and will not accept returns. The motor works and the only parts that should need replaced are some small plastic pieces in the left side rail. These normally run about $1100+ installed. This could be a very cheap fix for someone and easy install. Asking $400 shipped or trades welcome.

2 QUESTIONS:

1) If it is repairable, why not get it fixed and put it back in your car?

2) What is plugging the hole in your roof now?

The reason I don't want to repair it is because I am trying to eliminate anything heavy in my car for weight reduciton. I just put in a pop-up sunroof. It's pretty generic but it works.

Why not get it fixed before you sell it?

Because I'm not the original owner and according to webasto the liftime warranty is not transferable.
