Sounds good. I usually have the back seat and spare out as well. Haven't taken the passenger seat out though. I'll be the MBM with BAAD LS2 Illinois plates... can't miss me.

On a side note... Haven, how long do the half shafts take to put in? I might try to get them in tomorrow night after work. Anything special I need for the install?

It shouldn't take more than 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to install, torque wrench, correct allen socket (don't remember size), and maybe a universal, red loctite, torque to 60 ftlbs, be sure to put spreader plates back on, doesn't take long.

I've been pretty busy with my farm (its never done down there), my house in Indep. and my mom's place, now deer season is about to start. I'll probably get to it around the end of the month, I hope.

Goatman pretty much said it all. You'll need a torque wrench and a good 8mm allen socket that won't twist and Locktite. I usually take two torque passes, one at 40 ft/lbs and the final at 60.

I might try to make it out to KCIR tomorrow. Sounds like fun.

I'm getting a new cam and UDP installed, then retuned next Friday. I'm worried the rest of the November weekends will be crappy after I get the work done.

Got the half shafts in last night. Took me about twice that long.... I need air tools!! Took them out for a drive, did a 180 on some pretty uneven pavement. Absolutely no wheel hop!! Hopefully I'll have the same results at the track and I can get some good runs today. I'm gonna try to get there around 1. See everyone there!

Had a great time out there. Nice seeing you again Goatman, and Batboy, and Baad ls2.
I didn't reach my goal of 11's, or even my pb. but I guess I'll take that 12.2 for it being alittle warmer today, and the heatsoak from sitting in line so long. Man it was crowded today...

No PB for me either. Still was a nice day to be at the track. I haven't done anything with the vids yet. I'll work on that tomorrow. Might make a collage or something from all the footage. That old Cuda that I ran was an exciting race. Nothing like blasting down half the track side by side to get the juices flowing (he got the jump on me at the line, but I ran him down on the big end).

Hey black06gto, I finally saw that green Hulk car that you mentioned, it make a pass at the very end of the day (couldn't see the timing board from the staging lanes though).

I will make the track when i get the half shafts, stubs and drive shaft on this winter. It's set up for street racing for now....

Aslo, I was at House of Boost yesterday and someone has a black 05-06 GTO getting a Cam, Long tubes and a blower installed with JO plates. Anyone on this forum?

I thought your car looked pretty cool staging in all that tire smoke. Yeah, that F-body was fast, it would of been a close race for me, too bad I didn't get lined up with him. BAAD LS2 is the one that filmed most of the vids, thanks man.
