The GTO really doesn't get terrible mileage considering the motor pulling it..

Well.. It doesn't.. I suspect these new parts will add some weight to my right foot, creating a faster drain on the fuel tank.

Precision Powder Coating in VaBch. "Cheap" is up to the individual.

I used the place off of London Bridge for my skid guard. J&J powder coating. They did all the prep work. Free estimates. Was gonna do my TB but I don't want to tear it apart.

Lol... I admire your persistence. Unfortunately, aftermarket wheels that fit the GTO correctly are rare and expensive.

Edit: Hell, when a set of mint stock 18's will fetch you a grand, that tells you how expensive our wheels are.

Edit 2: There's a set of 18's on fleabay for $400 right now. They've got some curb rash, but that's still a damn good price

Anyone local have some 06 tails they would like to sell?
Figured I would ask before I try ebay for depo's again. The last set had a bum drivers side. Had condensation, and didn't fit quite "right". Got my $ back though.
My tinted tails are still for sale...

I've poked around in the suspension forum looking for into the bushings. I was just hoping someone Local had done them and they weren't too hard to install. Wishful thinking mostly lol

Sorry, I should have specified. We did do them. Look for the thread I made a couple weeks ago in the suspension section. They suck.

Are there any recommended shops around VA beach or Chesapeake for a good header install?

Hello everyone! I bought a GTO the first weekend of March from Hutchens Chevrolet in Newport News. It's a 2006 IBM with 18s, black interior, M6, lingenfelter intake, tinted windows, 3m clear bra, flowmaster axle backs, and x-pipe. Does anybody know anything about it, or the previous owner?

I would personally try Dyno Tuned Performance in VB on Holland Rd.
Aside from that, I'm not sure. I did mine with a friend, and they suck to install. Well LT's do anyway. And we even had a lift!

That doesn't sound like a car I've heard of around here. My bro in-law works for a dealership and he told me one time that alot of them will go to auctions out of state to get good cars to sell. I wouldn't be surprised if that car was from out of state. I would run a carfax on it and see where the original owner had it registered.
Its also possible the prior owner wasn't part of the local club, in which case finding out any info on the car would be pretty hard short of contacting the original owner.
