Well, I never thought this day would come, but I have to put the DriftGoat up for sale. It sucks, but it is what it is, so without getting sentimental, let's move on with the ad, shall we?
2004 Pontiac GTO. Impulse Blue Metallic, Blue Leather, 4 Speed Auto, 59,300 miles. 374hp/356tq on a mustang dyno. Anyone who has ridden in or driven my car can attest to how fast it is, despite the dyno numbers. I'm not gonna lie and say the car was never run hard, because it was, but it was always well maintained. Mobil 1/Q synthetic every 3k miles, diff fluid was changed out less than 10k miles ago, when I changed the LSD unit.

I'm sure there's a bunch more small stuff I'm forgetting.
Car has less than 10k miles on the new trans & LSD, and less than 7k on the pushrods, lifters, cam, and springs. It has only made 3 passes on the current setup, and they were all 12.1x while spinning the first 60 feet. On the previous setup, with a much smaller cam, the car ran amultiple 12.00-12.26 passes with a best pass of 11.99. It was a daily driver for the first 4 years I owned it, making a 100 mile round trip commute, 5 days a week, for about 6 months with no issues.
Car was in an accident last year, I was sandwiched in a 5 car hit. No exterior body panels were affected or replaced aside from the bumpers, bumper bars, and the trunk floor pan was repaired. I can provide pictures if needed. Car also does not currently run perfect, it starts and idles fine, but the RPMs drop every once in a while when I come to a stop while driving, and rarely resulting in the engine shutting off. I have no idea what it is, might just be a simple tuning issue as the oil pressure and everything else all seem good. Also, the front strut top bushings need to be replaced, as there is a slight clunk while turning, and they seem to be sitting a bit high.

I bought the first 112High Helix Magnuson blower ported for a GTO. Blew at 17k miles. );
Now I have naturally aspirated QSM 04 A4 243 Heads, Borla Duals, ARP Head Bolts,
05 hood, 05 interior, new 05 differential, 05 axles, Nitto 555r's, rolled rear fenders...
If I hadn't just picked up my 05 GTO a few months back I would jump on this!
In reference to the car not running well. Have you considered checking out the fuel tank and changing the fuel filter? The fuel filters do their job but should be changed.

Yup, HHR is toast as well. Which is a shame because it was running well. Allstate totaled it out over the phone, and will not let me do a buyback on it either. Didn't pay me nearly enough for it either. Spoiler delete on the GTO was just plugs anyway.

I had taken the insurance/plates off it last month since I wasn't going to be using it over the winter. Bad timing on my part, and a lot of money and effort out the window.

Man, sorry to see this. Based on your picture, it looks like the water only got into your floorboard. Did it get into the wiring, fusebox, etc.? If not, try stripping the carpet, drying it completely out, and then see if she will run. If the primary electrical components were not underwater, you may be surprised that she still runs. One other thing: with a flooded car, the moisture condensation in the dash and inside the car will be significant. Allowing it to dry for a long time will be important. I really like your car.
