Exotics Vs The World Dec. 9th

Since the ETG event Coordinator decided to take time off and the back up is um..... busy, I have an event for yall.

On December 9th at NorthStar Dragway there is a Car meet/ Drag Race that is bennifiting the North Texas Food Bank. This is supposed to be a really big/ fun event that will have exotic cars racing as well as the normal folk cars. Bring whatever you want to race or show off.

I am going to have a North Texas Food Bank Truck out there to get food loaded to bring back to work. I would like to have as many GTOs out at the event. I would also like to have a few GTOs on display in front of or around the food bank truck. Corndog's car is one of them.

The event is SUNDAY December 9th from 1pm - 6pm.

Admission is FREE!!!!!! but please bring canned good in to donate to The North Texas Food Bank.

Post up if you are planning on going.

Any questions about anything let me know.

I can probably make it out for a bit...not sure I will run since Pepper has bad memories of a broken bone from her last trip out there and is still on an original and a borrowed stock axle.

When I left after the 1st hour, the line to get in filled both lanes around the u-turn and up to the top of the hill on the northbound side.

Great time out there yesterday. We just got the truck unloaded and we brought back 7,864 pounds of food.

That equals........6,553 meals for North Texas families.

We also have $555.00 in cash donated SO FAR 1,665 meals.

Jared told me we will have more coming today once all the vendors that were there make their donations.

Great event Cannot wait till next year to do this again.
