If I had been able to move my G8, this would've likely been my car. Ed's a great guy and whoever buys it is getting an awesome machine.

With the trick internal components and valve body changes done to this A4 transmission, it would put your head into the back seat during shifts and smoke any stock M6 GTO at the track.

I would think very hard about buying this but my credit union doesn't have a good rate on an 04. !.99 on anything as old as 05 though. Anyone know a credit union that would give a good rate on it?

It's not about that for me because I don't go to the track very often. I really enjoy driving a M6. GLWS though!

If I'm not mistaken, this was FlowTech's "test" car & it had heads/cam but the motor was taken back to stock.

Yup - all stock now except for some valvetrain pieces, the 05 exhaust system and the balls-to-wall transmisson.

After demodding the car, I wouldn't mislead the next owner by selling it with some POS high mileage stock transmission just to keep the original fully built piece. That's a shady thing to do.

I'm surprised this hasn't sold yet.

I know my uncle was looking for an 04 with a flat hood. I'll talk to him about it.
