my rear fenders are shaved but my front fenders are untouched. O'Doyle's theory is that since the tire rub only happens when hitting big bumps, it's the fender and not the strut. I only drove the car 10 miles after I installed the new rims/tires so I can't see anything on the tire yet. And I couldn't find time yet to take the wheel off to take a better look
I will roll the front fenders later this week and see what happens

When you roll your front fenders, post some pics. Passenger front of mine hits on huge bumps... Doesn't hurt anything but I know it hits and need to fix... Just been lazy.

If you stepped down to a 235/35/19 up front, rubbing would be eliminated.
Side issue : I hate you with passion for selling that pedders rack to cashew.
Back to this : I will take the wheels off today and make sure it's rubbing against the strut. So far we are 90% sure it's against the strut and 10% against the fender. I need to be sure before I make the next move
Sorry in advance to bump an old thread. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of these. I started with a set of G8 GT wheels, but now I'm ready for a change. The question I have is a simple one, what center caps did you use? I don't want to roll a bow tie on my wheels. I can't seem to find my answer by searching so I thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance!
