I also got 14 runs total! Definitely got my moneys worth!

ps were you at MR shmedium no more 11"s

Also the right lane seems to always be a better lane for traction, no idea why

Animal Mother, going by your trap speed I see more like 11.5-11.6s once you get some good traction.

My p.b. at Infineon was 11.99@115.46 and all my runs were 115.1x-115.4x mph. at Infineon. Today in sac I had a 12.07@113.8 and a 11.99@114.25. My 60's were a tenth slower, my 1/8 mile at Infineon were 92.1-92.3 and at sac on my last run it was 93.9 mph. It's about off what I've always said... Sac. is 1.5mph high on the 1/8 and about 1.5mph low in the 1/4.

And ya, I'm hoping there is no real bad damage done to it, thing that sucks is I just ad the tranny looked over and rebuilt and a new clutch was put in. I'm hoping for a little warranty work.

It is not the clutch cause you can still drive it, I think your shifter is no good.

My bet is on a bent shift fork or bad synchros. Hopefully I'm wrong.

We have 4 guys who are banging right on the door now... !!! Its a matter of time until Todd, Ike, Andrew and Colin are in the club.... and Serge not to far back. Very exiting times for us drag racers in NCG. I cant wait for all of you to crack that 11.... Its now a matter of who gets there first.....

Before I thought most guys were saying Sac 1/4 mile was accurate. I got a couple 116.5 MPH runs hence my sig showing 118 MPH. Will change my 1/8th mile from 97 to 95.5, still pretty damn happy with those traps seeing how I have the worst blower for these cars you can get along with stock cam and shorty headers Oh and Stall should lower trap some too and I do have a small stall. I have a feeling if I spent some time playing with the tune a little I could squeeze a couple more MPH out of her. I have a pretty conservative tune as she sits right now. I really need/want a better intake, this stocker is really holding her back too. Animal Mother with that TVS is running better with that blower and more boost, pretty sure I am only around 8-9 PSI max.

Sac 1/4 mile is accurate. Every track will be slightly different.

We were talking about the trap speeds not the ET. ET is accurate but both the 1/8th and the 1/4 mile are off. Check out xtaspeed05 and
raygnicky posts. Traps are whacked for certain.

The 1/8th mile is off a bit. The 1/4 mile is about the same. If you trapped 116.5mph you can't say you trapped 118mph.

The only thing that changed @ sac since I was there a month ago was the trap speed the 1/8 is the same as always .my last trap speed @ sac was 122 then 2 weeks ago I went 122 @ Sonoma then the next week I'm now back @ sac I went 120 so I know for sure the only thing that was screwed up sat was there trap speed ..b 4 sat both tracks are identical except there 1/8 now we might all ask the question who's 1/8 is spot on , but does it really matter, all that matters is the ET when it's all said n done
I have like 30 time slips leading to sat @ sac showing 122 so I know for certain that day it was off . my car traps 122 & has been every since I been stuck @ this 11.0 to 11.10 thing . I hope this clears things up for everyone

The 1/8 mile is 1.5 mph high at sac ray, I've told you this many times bud.
And yes the 1/4 mph seemed to be more low this time. Its a shame they can't get it right, but like you said the e.t. is the most important thing.... And that is correct.

Well since they are have a low reading trap speed I think I can If "about the same" is off by 1.5 - 2 MPH then I should be able to say this.

FYI 1/4 trap is confirmed by V-box which was actually reading 119 MPH. Lots of other racers have also confirmed this via V-box. Yes V-box read a little high since it is the actual MPH you are running but only by 1 MPH max, usually less.

so really I should change my sig to show 119 MPH trap speed since it is the actual MPH in the traps.

If you think V-boxes arent accurate you need to read up on them a lot more. The update 10 times per second using 10 satellites , its what virtually every car mag uses to get their times. Painfully accurate on ET and MPH. MPH they only read "high" because they give the actual speed. 1/4 mile tracks calculate the trap speed at the very end hence the different numbers. As for Sac they are just reading incorrectly on their trap speed period. Do some googles on this topic and you swill see there are lots of people reporting the same thing. Very large organized even recently pissed a lot of people off I heard. Two years ago they had a high reading trap speed by about 2 MPH, now its low. See posts from a couple other more reputable members above if you are not believing me. ET is just fine at least.
