It's a wonder no one else has figured out how to program our clusters and other stuff. I know Chris White was the only one that knew or had the hardware to do it. I think a few other people had figured it out too. I had mine done by Chris at one of the Moodus CT meets, but would like to get more done. But I don't want to remove my cluster and ship it out. I wish someone local would be able to do it. I remember when Chris was traveling around the country programming everyone's gauge clusters, but you had to have a dedicated amount of people, and you had to pay up front, or he wouldn't come.

Good luck finding someone local, and you don't have to remove it and ship it out.

I'm not sure if it's even possible to reprogram an '05 cluster to an '04. '05 is CANbus and '04 isn't.
As for getting someone else to program clusters, it's not going to happen especially at this late date when the potential market has dwindled and it's not worth anyone's time and effort.

05 Cluster will not function in an 04.

There are a few scan tools other than a Tech2 that can access body, ABS, and SRS modules. The high end Snap on and Genysis stuff will do it. About the only thing they can't do is reprogram odometers and flash in calibrations.
