I don't see the point really... Sounds like calmed down straight pipes. To each their own though.

How much was this exhaust? Doesn't sound too impressive. I'd take my magnaflow over it

How the hell did you get the Wortec exhaust for $1300 shipped??!!!! Monkfish told me it would cost $3000 for the wortec switchable exhaust three years ago. Is yours the switchable version? Let me know where you got the exhaust for that price.

Well, first off, it's NOT the switchable one. Second, PM me and I'll get you the info needed.

Not trying to bash you or anything. I ran straights for two days before I had spintechs welded in. Still loud I know, but no rasp and a overall better tone since its my DD. I have been pondering cutouts though.

My magnaflow chambered sounds about the same, but hey at least you can go around telling people you're the only one to have this exhaust in the country...bet the bitches just drop their panties when they hear that.

FINALLY VIDEOS!...

I'm not impressed by it. I had a funny feeling it wasn't going to sound like anything different than we have already heard from other brands.

It sounds good, but knowing what you went through and WHY you did it, I'm not impressed.

I would have went Corsa and been "lost" in the crowd LOL.

Now if it was $1300 for the switchable setup then HELL YEA!

Buys Pacesetters... then $1300 exhaust that sounds like the cheap ones. The switchable exhaust would have been badass.

I hate that you have Corsa and you post so much about it...everytime you say something about it I go listenm to 04's with L/T catless and Sport catback and drool.

Then I search for best prices and it's still $850+ for a catback and I can't bring myself to pay that much... AHHHH

And I do this about twice a month.

Is there supposed to be something special about this exhaust? It looks and sounds like most straight thru muffler exhausts available for this vehicle IMO.

So we spend $1300 on the exhaust but get the least expensive of the headers good ole pacesetters?

To those that think it sounds the same, you need to hear it in person, granted that's what most people would say... Vides never do exhaust justice.

@Curious George, yes, that is what I have done. Awesome that you have the same set up in the UK.

To those cornering about me paying for the cheapest LTs... I didn't pay for the Pacesetters, they were free. I traded for them. You would have done the same thing.

Thank you for the comments though! It's good to see everyone's opinions.

Unimpressed. I'd much rather have a badass sounding exhaust than some fancy name. I'll be honest, I've never heard of Wortec and have no idea what makes it so "special".
Also, that speedo sweep took a while. Should have spent the $1,300 to do a cam swap...
