Curious as to what RPM's you would be pulling on the highway. My father-in-law had a powerglide in his 67 Nove II and it didn't do too bad but it had 3.27 gears.

How much to ship to Florida?

How were your 0-60" times with this? I see a lot of people using powerglides at the track. How does it perform in the GTO?

I would think shipping to Fla. would be $200 or so...
Never made it to the track, you would need a big hp/tq. set up to overcome the GTO's weight...which was my ongoing plan.
I am now parting out the car to get back into a Z06..c6

+1, my friend back home is running one on his '66 bug and he said he wouldn't recommend it for a low power GTO.

And yes... I said a '66 VW Bug...

So what would be the cut-off for being considered "low power"? Also, what gearing does the powerglide have?

Overdrive? It's a powerglide man, he even mentions it's a 2spd. Two forward gears, top gear is 1:1. If you aren't making at least 600rwhp MINIMUM then this would be a big mistake. Best used on a dig car or huge turbo roll racer with 3.08 or lower gears in the rear.

Been awhile since I dealt with powerglides, but I'm guessing that setup is designed for somewhere between 700-800rwhp right OP? The price he is selling this thing for is rediculously low considering what you get, even if it was in pieces and needed a rebuild.
