It's official!!!

Just bought shiny new kooks 1 7/8 jet hot coated sterling silver headers and catted kooks midpipes. Also bought 2 1/2 in spintech catback with 4 in tips. Super excited and also wondering how to get rid of codes for o2 sensors?

You need to get the car retuned anyway to take advantage of the LT's and Cat Back so just get the codes taken care of when you get it tuned.

Exactly, if you don't get a tune, you might as well of just bought cut outs since the only real difference will be noise. Fork out a little more for a good dyno tune after you get them installed and you will not regret it. You'll enjoy the spintechs for sure, hopefully they won't be too raspy for you. I have Kook's 1 7/8 catted LT's and a custom 3" with Spintechs AND magnapacks in the stock resonator position, + cut outs (which I'm about to put the cover plates on for a while because they are leaking quite badly). For those who remember, I had Kooks 1 3/4 catted LT's and 3" Spintech on my previous '05 CGM with Heads & cam, and it was LOUD. After just a couple days with that exhaust on, I had to take it into the shop and have them weld a pair of magnapacks in to quiet it down a tad. After that was done, I was in love with the sound of the exhaust. It got rid of ALL the drone, removed most of the over-the-top raspiness, at idle it was very tame but still noticable, but once you got on it the sound was amazing. Unfortunately, later that same week I lost control of it on a patch of ice going over Wolf Creek Pass on my way to visit family (BFG KDW's are a huge no-no on ice, even going 15 mph under the speed limit ) and it was totaled, but I was fine luckily. Anyways, here are a few videos of that exhaust before I quieted it down. Unfortunately I don't have any vids of the improved exhaust, but I am running an almost identical exhaust setup on my Brazen Orange.

If you bring the car to me, installation of your headers and cat-back will be free - leaving you the funds you need to get your car tuned by our resident tuner. Couldn't be easier.

Free?
Since when are donuts and Lunch free?

BTW - IMHO, the Predator is only a short term solution if you are planning to do other mods, like a Cam, down the road. Or if you are overly worried about your warrenty.
And, you should never waste your moneys on a new one - you can get a used one for around $175.

And he's so good at tuning, that on the dyno tune he was able to pull an extra 250 rwhp out of mine! LOL......

Let's just say it was running a TAD rich with the new fuel system....
