Project GTO for sale

Hey guys. Im posting this in here first, and I will post it in the Cars for sale section soon. Figured I would let the locals snag it first.

Its depressing to let it go, as I had big plans for this car. I wanted to tube the front out, roll cage, tubs, twin turbo setup. Drag monster. But my plans in life have changed, and I've decided to stop working and go to school full time. We are downgrading to an apartment and I will have no where to store the car, work on it, nor the time to do so.

It is basically a rolling chassis.

History is that it is a one owner 06 GTO, that was in a minor frontal collision about 2 years ago. Insurance totaled the car, so the guy I got it from parted out the engine, trans, rear end, and some other parts. Still a lot of parts that I have with the car.

Interior is stripped and Dynamat has been installed. Its got some poly-bushings in whats left. Has BMR welded subframe connectors. I believe the car had like 30K miles when it was in the collision. Only damage was the front crash bar, side fenders, and hood, with the airbag deployment insurance totaled it.

Anyways, I'm letting it go. Those that are interested need to bring a trailer and a set of wheels from a GTO, as it did not have any. I just took the stockers off of my GTO when I went and picked it up, and then put them back on my car when I got it to my house.

I will let this go for $1000. Hell even if you part it out its worth a lot more than that. I have the title.

If you walk out one day and find that the BMR Subframe connectors have fallen off and are just laying around, let me know. I'm in Aubrey and would love a pair

Thanks man. I priced it to go fast. Been going for what seems like forever part time. Finally get to actually study like I want to and get some sleep. Hard to do when my average work week is 65+ hours.

I might be interested. Depends on how much money is left when I get back home. I'm in Australia for a couple more days.
