So if we go by math only it should make 465rwhp . I'm curious to see if this plays out linearly or if it's higher or lower based on all the other variables like dragging along a non working piston or if the cylinder was making some power just not much...keep us updated!

It's about 20hp if I remember correctly. So 465+20hp for dragging a non working piston and rod plus non working valve train, I'll predict 485hp when he gets it lined out.

Got the car up and running a few days ago. Installed new injectors, in which we had to change out the top O-rings to stock LS2 size since fuel was leaking. Plan is to continue to stick with E85. Should be getting tuned in a few days. Stay tuned...

I think all you're missing is a set of Jesel aluminum rockers. Wanna buy some?

Should have a tune date set up for either next week, or the week after. Car is still on e85, cylinder #2 is working correctly now, and I have new injectors. The mods are posted in the first post if you are curious to see what my setup is. Once I get tuned I'll make sure I post dyno sheets and etc. Thanks for being patient everyone!

Good Luck on your dyno session. I went to the dyno on April 7th pulled 480/434 with Ls3 heads.. Still running the factory crunched bent exhaust pipe plus I want to go with the NW 102 throttle body. Don't know whether those two things would help any. Car runs smooth now. Hope you will get your numbers you want.

Damn! Those are very impressive numbers, congratulations! I'm still currently working on setting up a date and in the process of starting a new job lol. A recent GTO put down 509rwhp/423lbtq. His mods were crappy intake, Holley High Rise, Thompson Heads, Cam, Full Exhaust and on 93oct. Obviously supporting mods for the heads/cam. I think I can definitely hit it with e85.

My car idle but its running pretty rich. As soon as I dyno I'll post results.

Check out my latest video on youtube with an idle clip!

Very excited to see your results Luis! Good luck on the dyno! Remember it's just a number. That car will run awesome after it's all said and done even if it doesn't hit 500. Buddy of mine had a very similar set up to you (H/C/I E85) and made 48x WHP and high torque numbers. You'll be happy either way.

I think it made 508 at 7050rpm or something like that before I switched to a Powerglide and Gear Vendors unit. It has been a very long time now, so I would have to go back and look. It can last, and make 500+ easily. Just stay on top of the valvetrain.

ha! hpe!
