I don't want to cross the blower drive with the coolant hose. It was tight as it was last year. The blower pulley will now be out like 3/4" so I don't even think it would fit. Having the aluminum radiator pushes things back. The 05 upper hose heads towards the drivers side. The LSA water pump has the outlet on the other side of the water pump pulley. Well where the factory had a pulley. It's been removed from my housing.

I haven't heard anything bad about the TruTrac. Wasn't gforce running low 10s on one?

I want a 10 out of my GTO. Its been 11.0 with a collapsing intake pipe choking it down. Thats been fixed and 11.0 is just not gonna cut it when its so close to a 10. I have some small 7" fans for my heat exchanger and plan on cutting a 4" hole under my filter and running some ducting up to my filter to feed the LSA blower a bit more air and maybe bring IATs down a bit. A 13% OD lower balancer may happen as well bumping boost from 12.5-14. I bought some MBM painted Catera Door handles that I also need to install. Other than that its just to keep it clean and ding free and try to go to more Houston Area events.

ah. good call. fitment totally matters.

i've heard the trutrac doesn't hold up to well to repeated launching at a dragstrip. i've never ran one, i have a diff with motive 3.70's and a truetrac just sitting in storage that i've never installed...

I have no dreams of violent launches at the strip. I should have no issue being told I can't come back with out a cage this year lol.

You'll bang out a 10 for sure. Letting your intercooler heat soak in the staging lanes is a killer, plus the whole not getting enough air into your engine.

Manny, I would love to see a GTO meet one Friday night at RPR. There's plenty of room and a good chance to have some fun on the track for guys who want to. And if you don't want to race you can just hang out or watch.

I need to get mine out more often.
Last year only put 81 miles on her. The year before only 271. Since the Super Charger install on June-2012, just 1,411 miles.
Have been away from many car shows or GTG due to work, weather or being sick (I am right now recovering form a bad case of Flu, will it ever end).

My major goal, if I can work it out, is to attend the '2017 POCI Convention' at Texas Motor Speedway Fort Worth, Tuesday 11-July-2017 thru Saturday 15-July-2017.
I plan to enter in the 'point judges car show' and the separate 'popular vote car show.'

Here is their link, tons more activities too:
http://poci.org/POCI_Annual_Convention_Registration.cfm

I just wanna get my car running on the new turbo kit.

Here's the rundown:
- Mantic twin plate clutch (goes in this week)
- Rebuilt T56 (again)
- Rebuilt PT 7875 Turbo
- Ported Vic Jr intake manifold w/ rails
- Refreshed 750cc Injectors
- Rebuilt Starter and powder coated
- Still stock driveshaft with new Carrier Bearing
- ARP Hardware on everything
- New Electric fans and shroud w/ fan controller
- New rotors, pads, and braided lines
- New shifter boot isolator

Left out lots of small stuff. Lots of suspension will be overlooked as well. I plan on breaking everything in on the current fuel system and then upgrading to a big single pump, bigger Injectors and teflon fuel lines for e85.

Link to build (sorry haven't updated in forever):

Haha it would be. The GN got a stroker a while back but the heads/turbo etc didn't change yet so it really didn't pick up a lot. The GN has E85 aspirations along with a new billet 6766 turbo that should jump it ahead again but the GTO really runs strong for stock LS3 heads through stock exhaust manifolds.

Impressive. Isn't that what called a 'UTE'...? I've read only a tiny bit about them.

However, it looks like it would have the best qualities of both of my vehicles - The unapologetic desire to go fast (Goat) and the ability to do 360 spins down the highway before planting itself in a ditch (my truck in icy weather).
