Yes, used a router. No problems at all with them.

The wheels are perfect, already setup for GTO. 4 new center caps in GM bags(8 total). 5mm spacer from Motorsport Tech(only needed if running the stock G8 size tires). Hankook tires about 1/2 tread all the way around. GM Lugnuts with black covers. With all that $1000/obo

I'll get pics this weekend if anybody is interested.

Thanks. Nope, nothing replacing it yet. Working on the Vega. That seems to be taking most of my time recently.

I haven't been active on these forums, but I am on this gto owner buy and sell on Facebook and there is a gto for sale that Cyplandscape has owned! I thought it was pretty neat when I saw that.

I talked with Nathan about the sale, said he wasn't driving it. He and his wife both have new motorbikes and a new truck to haul them so the GTO needs to go.

So, I have a couple of offers that I'm working on, one is looking promising and I'm excited about....not oilfield related, thank goodness!

Ah, the ole, long lost GTO community forest continues to thin out. I for one, was debating selling the Goat for a 1970's -1980 Chevy 1500 SWB, dropped, fast and furious. Well, that'll have to wait for now, but I still love that GTO! Damn thing is still a raw machine to steer that puts a smile on my face!

Now, I have tires that seemingly has it's age showing, although I probably have only 8-9k miles on it, it's time for new ones once things pick up for me.

Glad to hear your still in the group Benwah! I have been in your shoes before. And in my experiences it has been for the better after. Glad you still got the GTO.

Was up guys, it's been a while. Just dropped in the say hi and that I sold the gto a couple weeks ago. A guy In Denham springs picked it up. I couldn't stand it just sitting in the yard not being driven but once a month. I no longer work in baton rouge. I'm out in new roads now. It's a lot closer to home. I still pop in every now and then.

Mike, sorry to hear about the lay off. The oil industry is definitely hurting right now. Hopefully that new door opens and will be better than before.

Patrick! I'm not sure if you've read through the thread, but I sold my GTO last fall when I ordered a new Corvette. I still kind of miss it. I thought about you a while back. One of the guys that worked the service desk at the old shop was sitting a few rows ahead of me at church.

I'll have to keep my eyes open for your old car around here.

Yeah I had read about you letting it go, I wish I could have grabbed you car up but too many hobbies all ready. A guy by the name Ryan Horsley bought it.

Well, this was my first week employed! Went into the medical field with a homecare company that is nationwide. 14,000 employees total. There is a lot of room for growth...my new job is a Service Representative; I drive around to patients homes, doctor's offices, and/or hospitals to deliver/pick up oxygen equipment, and home medical supplies. I like it a lot, of course I started at the bottom to learn the product and business. The center manager had called me once my resume was submitted, and stated that I would qualify for management based on my resume, and she didn't want to waste my time on the position I applied for. I told her not to disqualify me based on being too qualified, that I needed to learn the product and business to eventually take on a management position. She hired me. I give myself 3-5years, then I'll seek an Area Management position that's over several center managers. I look forward to it.

Hate to do it but needing something bigger so here goes. 2006 BOM GTO A4 with 45,000 miles. Has upgraded poly bushings all around, 1400 hp axles and stubs, 1000 hp carbon fiber dss driveshaft, BC coil overs, x-air otr intake. I have Kooks 1 7/8 headers and mids with high flow cats that haven't been installed as well as a set of sap grills. Interior is 10/10 with the only change being a pioneer head unit that matches the orange gauges (looks like it came with the car, but I have the blaupunkt as well) and the exterior is a 9/10 only because of a couple minimal rock chips.
