I didn't think cutting the floor pan or tunnel would be required to start with, but with wanting the ride height I have in mind, it was necessary. It could probably be avoided with a Moser style torque arm housing mount, and really short torque arm like the one Burkhart chassis makes.

time to get to work again. Settled in at the new house, garage put together. I don't have half as much time as I used to to tinker in the garage but I'll get done what I can.

Had to swap out my B&M flex plate for a new billet TCI. I don't recommend you try the cheap B&M, its cheap for a reason and their customer service is terrible.

I've got the 9" sitting square and up on jacks, ready to start tacking some LCA and torque arm mounts up... just waiting on some dimensions from a friend who's drawing things up some 3D CAD work for me. Once I get that from him, The rear end should go pretty quick, just a matter of how much free time I have.

Not so much free time now that you're not in school, huh?

Ugh, barely. Timing has just been terrible man! Every time I think I'm going to have time to get in the garage, another swift kick in the nuts comes from the work/school scheduling gods. Flight school down here in Pensacola is much more strenuous than I expected... at least this first school I'm about to finish up. Hopefully my next school allows a little more free time. Id love to be able to get this 9 inch done, most everything else is pretty much downhill from there. The rollcage will come another time, right now I just want to drive the dam thing!

I got outside the last couple weeks and got the upper shock crossmember built, coilovers ordered, and Lower control arms in. Should have the remaining welding done on this stuff soon too. Most of it is still just tacked at this point.

Yeah that's next. We are moving to Oklahoma City next month, so for now the cars going on a trailer until I get settled in there. But, hopefully by the end of January I'll be back into the swing of things. ARB is next, then the pan hard bar, drive shaft etc.
