We be Glassin

I have continued to post in the Kill Section as I have worked on getting my 33 Ford ready to go. During the project I have started to learn to fiberglass/carbon fiber fabricated parts, conduct repairs and so forth. Thus far I created a console piece from fiberglass then Carbon fiber Wrapped it. Today, I repaired a hole in the body of the car that I had cut the wrong way because I am stupid. I am pretty proud of the results of the repair though. I thought I would share some of the work here. Appreciate your comments and observations. I am not a pro so some of my work is functional but not the highest quality. I have a lot of fun not having to wait weeks or months and pay a hell of a lot of money to others to do this work. So the first set of pictures is building the console.

Nice work. Look up grant random on youtube. He shows you how to build a hot knife for foam. I also stole my wifes turkey knife to trim and form foam.

Did you build them? Or just bought 2? I have been thinking of building on from the video but I want to build a metal foundry from his channel first.
