Any one have these? comments? I like the price of these and the ease of just swaping out the exhaust manifolds.
Jegs has the ceramic coated shorties for $569. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0002_399020_-1
LT's FTW. Unless you plan on moving to CA. More money and harder to install but worth it if you plan on any other mods in the future. You can always find a used set in the parts for sale section.
I have them and like them. Easy install, excellent quality, and yes, they do gain some power, and sound better than stock manifolds. You can gain even more with a tune.
I have the edelbrocks also......I love them... easy to install, and sound awesome. I don't know how fast you're planning on ordering, but I'm having my car dynotuned on Monday and should be able to post up some numbers.
I agree with the others that you should just spend the extra few hundred and get the long tubes. If you've been bitten by the mod bug, then you're always going to want to upgrade from your current point. You may as well get every little bit when you can. It always sucks when, later on, you think to yourself "Man, I should've just gotten the best ones while I was at it."

You are better off just spending the money and getting long tubes. How much power can you really get out of shorties? I don't have any experience with them on an LSx, but I did buy them for my 360 in my Dakota R/T....They were Edelbrock's that ran me 350 bucks and they did absolutely nothing for power. Never had the truck on the dyno, but down the 1/4 mile plenty of times and the E/T and mph didn't change in the slightest. Just save the money and get long tubes..
