RPM Outlet.com Has the worst customer service EVER

First off please don't get this place confused with any of our vendors. They are not one. I have had nothing but great experience with our vendors. That said:

Ok here is my story. I am as frustrated and pissed off as I could possibly be. I placed my order for some fuel rails online on December 20th. They have this wonderful SAME DAY shipping advertised all over their website so I thought that was great. And being located 1 state away it might be able to get here fast. Well after the new year rolled around and I hadn't received anything so much as an email other than my invoice on Dec.21st, I decided to send them and email checking the status of the order. I wait about a week and get no answer. I send another email last week and ask the status. I finally get one back and it says my item should ship Friday 11th or Monday 14th. I thought ok great I'll have it by weeks end this week. NOTHING. I email yesterday with the same question a 3RD TIME. Get a response with a tracking number. I though ok I'm getting somewhere. NOPE...tracking number is for someone in INDIANA that was delivered on Dec.22nd. I'm in OKLAHOMA and have NOTHING. SO I just call them to speak to a human being and find out what's the deal. I get their customer service rep and tell her my invoice and then she puts me on hold for almost 10 minutes. She comes back and says well the item you ordered is SOLD OUT. I asked if they normally notify their customers when they have items sold out like that. She said yes but we didn't know that our shipment that we got LAST WEEK was going to be short. I said to her, my order was placed in December though. How was it SOLD OUT then and noone let me know? The phone line was just silent and then she went on to tell my we are supposed to get out next order Today or Monday and to call back again monday to check my status again. By that time I was so pissed I just hung up. It's now going on a month and I am still getting nothing but uncertain answers. My recommendations are DO NOT BUY FROM RPM OUTLET.com......
