Very cool. Do the guys in the blue lab coats supervise all the ZR1 engine builds?

I think they supervise all engine builds in the PBC, LS7, and Caddy V engines too. Hell I want that job, sit there with my arms crossed, hands in pockets and every now an then push them out the way and check their work.

X1000!

Sweet video though, its hard to imagine all the engineering that goes into these motors. The sad part is these guys can build an entire engine in 6 hours and it took me 5 just to change my intake manifold...LOL

Yah I know what ya mean... but they do it for a living and on an engine stand all day with nice clean brand new parts (oem, perfect fit to boot). Oh, and they did cheat putting on the heads! lol. Cool vid... I wouldn't mind doing that... but one just might disapppear one day if I happen to be working late

The head bolt tightener was my favorite part.

How cool would it be to watch them build your engine, put it in your ZR-1, then drive it away from the factory?
