Be easier to do a LS3 427 stroker.

I am curious if anyone has ever slapped in a C5R block. Talk about some coin.

3 weeks huh, wow. I think a Iron Block 403/408 should do the trick for you. LS7 is nice, but so is the 403/408

A true LS7 swap is doable, but if you read the first link, its a pain in the rear. gotta change the reluctor ring on the crank, and chop up the cradle a little for the dry sump oil pan. plus find some space under the hood to put the DS tank. its easier to build a LS7 block, and put all the right internals in it.

Yep go with a stroker. I got mine from Texas Speed and it's awesome. Sounds meaner than hell and runs the same. Not to many cars can keep up without boost or N2O, and even then it's still got most of them up here.

Or swap your internals to a LSX block... which would probably be cheaper than a LS7 short-block.

You already have a procharger. Build an iron block and forge it and make 700 rwhp. Screw a LS seven

Not worth the money. ^^^^^Build a LS1 or 2 or iron block, save your $$$ so you will blow the LS7.

Yes Sir. The Block Is Cracked Right Behind The Water Pump. I Can Stick A Pen Between The Block And Its About 5-6 Inches Long. Thanks For The Ideas But Ls7 Seems Like A Bitch To Do. How Would The 402 Iron Block Work Out? Would That Be Able To Handle 18 Pounds? Or Will I Be Right Back To Where I Am Now?

Use ARP studs and that should help a bit. You will start to lift the heads between 18-20lbs of boost. You could always go to an lsx block that gives you 2 extra studs and you should not have that problem. A forged 402 with twins will make around 1k hp, how much higher do you want to go.

LOL you were running 18psi on stock block/internals? You probably have more broken than just the block.

If I were you, I would start brushing up on my reading skills and learn everything I can about these cars and engines.

If your tuner really said any of that, you might want to start looking around for another.
What head unit and pulley are you running to reach these boost levels?
