Interesting thread, but all controversy aside, that Magnum is nice. Charger hood with those sick ass wheels FTW.

I see nothing wrong with this guy. Sure what he did was kinda stupid, but I don't think anyone knew it better than him. It's not like he hopped out all upset and wondering how this could have happened to him. Just rolled with the punches. Entertaining to say the least ... and that 144MPH video ... LOL

I catch a lot of flack over that 144mph video.
So be it. I was high on adrenaline and should have sat int he bleachers with some nachos before hitting the highway after drag racing all night. I told the cop the same and went home.
When I was a teenager, I assumed I'd outgrow this stuff. Being addicted to adrenaline has nothing to do with maturity, I'm finding. I try to keep it at the track now and as a result, when I'm at the track, man I do let my hair all the way down. Cars were made for driving. I like to drive. I see a match.
This is not the first nor the last car I'll distroy.

not much to do with the left leg. I usually have a high definition camera in my right hand and I fully blame this crash on Pantera, not Skynard.
You try to drift slowly to "Walk" and see what happens.

yeah, I really screwed up my back because I tensed up, seeing it coming. I usually dont wreck like that.
lol
So far just a few hundred bucks. I am pulling from all of my sponsors to get er back on the track. Just a new tie rod and a 4 wheel alignment was all required to get her runnin all god agin. Didnt do near the dammage under there I thought it did. Out of pitty of that would be dammage, I got my painter to agree to match the ghjost flames for free so now I just have to come up with a rear quarter panel for cheap. Front fenders on these are way cheap. I may hide the quarter dammage with some wide body fabrication. Won't cost me anything to bend some metal and see.

+1

A lot of people Holier Than Thou on this board like they haven't ever done anything remotely dangerous with the 400 HP car they bought.

Props for having the balls to post the vids.

I'm use to people bashin me on the net then asking me to run em when they meet me.
happens in every city I go to, usually by the one who screams I drive legal the loudest.
If somebody has a high hp car and is driving it like an old lady, they can hardly yell dumbass.
Aint much I havn't modded or raced.
had this badboy runnin a flat 22 second quarter:

LOL at the 144 video. I've had a cop yank me out of my GTO and threaten to haul me off to jail because I passed a car in a no passing zone and was going over 100+ on an onramp (didn't see the trooper behind me). I'm kinda glad I have the Magnum, not near as easy to get into trouble as the GTO......plus people like to you nag you on in a loud orange GTO for some reason. Oh, the AWD R/T makes it a breeze to get up to the mountains and ski a lot better than the GTO

Yes your car cetainly does look good. Though if you had gone for the cop car appearance package you may have been able to get out of any future tickets. Good advertisement for the shop.

all that survived from the bus daze was some footage of it inside and out and a drunken rant by me about the dentist that day.
lol
I dug that thing bigtime. Shoe-horned a lot of wild memories in that thing in a short amount of time.
I wish the camera was rollin' more...

camera mounts are for woosies.
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/G...ter_636103.htm
Anyone can mount multiple cameras and go race. My first-person approach to production is the selling point to avery show I produce.

Thats not what I was saying when I hit the wall in my old car on a road course. Two spare tires. Lots of prying and hammering on what was left of body panels and suspension parts only got me 3mi down the highway. had to be towed the remaining 250 miles =\.

Maybe it's just me, but all the footage from your camera seemed to be of your front dash board. Were it not for the other camera, this video would have been utter fail except for the expression you made when you hit the wall. That's really what I wanted to see.

The final video was not the one the OT posted.
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/G...Day_198848.htm
or
http://ModdinArt.com/wallcrash.wmv
I like the final episode. It represents the average joe out there over-doing it. That's total realism to me. I'd not change a thing.

well, exept that oversteer in turn 2, lap 4 lol
