What gears do you have for it to top out @ only 140 at 7k rpms?

I've got stock gears. It's only in 3rd gear topping at 140. Overdrive is programmed out at WOT. I would probably blow the tranny if it wasn't.

He is talking about the torque convertor clutch being locked and unlocked.

How much does your car weigh? It should trap much higher than 117 with that much power. I trapped 117 in a cam only 364.

You're right, but I'm racing at a track that has almost a 6000ft DA on a regular basis.

What would it et at sea level? Just curious. Nice car.

I assume you've got a multi-disc converter, right? No way you'd lock a single and have it live.

From what I can figure I'd be in the mid 10.5-10.8 range at sea level. My goal is to hit 10.9x here with that DA. I started taking a little bit of weight out and I'm making some little changes here and there to hopefully get there.
