I like watching spinoff videos and working out "what did he do wrong".
That guy was taking a bad line everywhere (new to the track) and
in that bad-line corner he tightened it up mid-turn. I think.
A lot of the thunderhill spinoffs are due to people going over the
various crests while maintaining constant-speed, constant-radius
turns. The car lifts up and away she goes.
Unsettling, why? The guy was by himself and probably bored of chasing the rustang. It's no more unsettling than seeing a grown man singing in his car at a red light.
And the video was boring, what was it running at 5fps?

I could not tell by looking at the video if he was on his brakes or not in the turn. I was thinking either trailbraking or maybe lifting in the turn induced a bit of happy tail. Lord knows I've nearly lost it one or twice when I got antsy in a turn and lifted off the throttle.
