To answer some of your questions, I got home from the track and was tired cause i worked the day before and had to work early this morning.
As far as a cam goes, i was speaking to another member that has a full weight vehicle that has a cam and no suspension.
In regards to LS1 mellisa's car, Her intial .4 gain with heads and cam was low but they obviously have that figured out.
In further regards, I was getting discouraged with my car and could not figure out how she MPHed so high. In further investigation of my vehicle of low MPH, A faulty converter was the main attribute to this problem.
Other questions you have, i did not build the vehicle and do not know the technicalities. The vehicle was built at Rush Racing, and you can contact HeavyHitter, If you want to know the intimate details.
Congrats Ed. Knew you were going to break that record this season and you did it so early. Might as well try and beat your own record now. Oh course there is going to be the doubters, but let them spend countless time looking up posts to try and disprove something that actually happened instead of just saying a simple good job. I am sure he had fun playing detective...lol

There can be very valid or legit reasons why things might seem doubtful or out of reach..... more often than not, best to go directly to the horse for clarification before expressing any disseminating doubts..... better to known for sure, than assume.
After all, you did accomplish what you believed was not possible by another...... my conclusion was simply based on various quotes, and insufficient info..... rather than personal feelings.
