And that guy was on a Sunday drive with that thing. For a minute I forgot he was at the strip and thought he was pulling out of a parking lot.

Shifting like that, surprised he didn't run 15's. Why is everyone Camaro bashing?
I am also surprised he did not run fifteens. "Here at Hennessey we can take your new fifteen second quarter mile running Slomaro and get it into the twelves for only ten grand. Don't believe other Camaro owners that run twelves off the showroom floor. You have to give us your hard earned cash for our overpriced modifications in order to hit those times."
You're a God damned idiot. The guy might as well been on a Sunday cruise in that thing the way he was driving it. I've seen kids on ten speed bikes shift harder.
2004 GTO: TVS2300 - ETP heads, EDC cam. Tuned by some moron. Tinted windows. A bunch of other thingies. Stock internals. Runs on corn juice and a prayer. 11.27 @ 125.8mph, 1.677 60', @ 5280' elevatorshun. No dyno #'s yet, 700+

Forreal man...
I mean common dude did you take a look at the 60' and trap speed? This car has more potential that a stock ls2 gto.
I hope time get better because for 40,000 thats a shame but i still say 13.2 to 13.4
you think so huh? i ran a 12.6 with a 108 trap in good weather with my car on street tires. this thing with good weather and a good launch should be able to equal that. that guy might as well stick to letting the LS guys drive and mod these cars and go back to taking viper owners money.
dude buddy sat on GREEN for a LEAST a full second.... WTF
2 seconds actually.....
Every Hennessy video I see, I just laugh and feel sorry for all the people that fall into his bullshit. The best part is, I can do a better 60 ft. than him and I use hand controls, that allow me to ONLY launch from a dead idle.

To be fair, rolling into the throttle from idle is the best way to launch a stock automatic GTO.
That said, he can't drive for crap. 2.35 60'?

Is it just me or does that track look really narrow? I went out there once with the car when they were supposed to be open but the gates were locked. Never went back.
If that's Sealy, I raced motorcycles there once or twice many years ago. Track didn't look so skinny on a two wheeler!
even motortrend tested it 13.0@111.0 how can you base the camaro off some guy granny shifting not going over 6k rpms..
