I'm not bashing here...but I assumed when I clicked on the thread we'd have some USA-made gears that were a good bit cheaper than the ones from AUS. I guess that will never be a reality.
Actually these gears are 20% less expensive than the last sets of 3.73's and 3.91's that were available within the last 6 months, when you could actually get your hands on them. That is a pretty good savings, IMO.
Just a heads up guys, our first batch of gears are almost all sold out. Get your orders in asap if you would like them to ship by the end of next week!

I love your videos dude! But that 60-140 seems odd; is there anything done to your A4? Why does it shift into 4th so high in the rpm band? It looks like you're topping out at 140.

That was the stock A4 with a very loose stall that flashed to about 5300 rpms. 4th gear was programmed out pretty much so it topped out at 140 in 3rd gear and wouldn't shift into fourth at WOT. But I spun a rod in that motor in January with less than 6k miles on it. Piece of junk. Now working on a newer better setup.
Just a heads up to all that have ordered, the gears will be ready to ship middle of next week. We were shooting for tomorrow, but unfortunately there was a slight delay in production.
Well since I have longer to wait now, is there anything else vital that should be changed while I'm in there? I have 36,000 miles, no problems with my rear end, and I ordered the minor install kit. (dumb question ahead) What is a spring kit?
Hey guys, all gears will ship on Fiday the 14th at the latest. We had to bump up production of the first batch to meet the demand. That delayed the shipment by 2 weeks. I apoligize, but to get everybody taken care of, that is what had to be done. The production runs in batches, so if we didnt get all the orders covered, it would have been about another month before another run.
I've been waiting since March, but whats another week. as long as i get like a month of nice weather to drive it and maybe get a run to the drag strip i'll be fine...
I look forward to getting ours at the end of the week.
