I needed to order 2 ink cartridges from Dell for my printer. So, being in a hurry (what a joke mistake that was) i called instead of going on line......
i got some guy i barely could understand... and he bring ups my dell profile, first tries to upsell me on more cartridges, i kept saying i want to just order these two.... then a promotion they were having... on and on and on... then...before taking my visa... he starts telling me about the warranty on my computer and the wifes is no longer valid.. that we ordered them in 04..and they cant extend the warranty...on and on... i finally butted in "look.. i just called to order two ink cartridges, get on with it..enough of this... i know about my computers , when they wear out, ill buy two more...ok? now just take my order will ya?
Im not kidding what should have been a easy 5 min phone order, took almost 15 min's.. of shit... repeating shit, and then me "im sorry..repeat that, i didnt understand what you said".......
My God.......... come on Dell.......... you have done nothing but accomplish pissing me off now.
You bought a dell, what were you expecting to speak to someone in this hemisphere lol?
