Solder your connections. Then shrink wrap them.

I had trouble with the top hose to the heat exchanger kinking and collapsing. I ended up using a hard elbow.

Yep, I bet most people have this problem and don't know it because you can't see it very easily.

...or go to Caspers and buy the harness extensions...all plug and play and very clean. The only splicing that has to be done then is for the magnavolt.

*Edit*
Probably a little late since you are starting this Friday...

Get a 10mm swivel socket and a wobble bar for the intake bolt nearest the plunger, have fun removing the engine lift thingy on the left side (a ratcheting box-end is the shit here), and I hope you got the "right" 90mm TB.

It is also a ton easier getting it from underneath the car....

And they list the wrong size for the bolt in the instructions... you'll figure it out, have fun.

Will do as soon as the battery in my camera charges. The only complaint i have with the TB is the idle quality is not good due to the remote mounted IAC Motor.

LOOKS GOOD! If you have any trouble with your idle you dont have a large enuff hose/fitting ,it needs to be about as large as the opening.

Thats what i figured. Running 3/8 hose and fittings right now as thats all i could find. Its only the cold idle thats tricky. Idles great at operating temp. The tune still has a long way to go. Either way i am very happy with it

very nice...i've been seriously considering the 112....one thing that bothers me is the coolant reservoir sittin on top of the battery...isn't there a better way with the 112?

how's she run with the "canned" tune?

The reservoir really isn't a problem at all on top of the battery. I did have to make an adapter out of some aluminum angle stock in order to connect my stereo cable. I guess when it's time to change the battery, it might take a bit more time. It appears you would have to drain the system and remove the reservoir to get to the battery.

Some people mount a tank in the trunk and run lines to the front. Also heard that helps lower IAT's. I tweaked the canned tune a little but im still having to tweak it. Im commanding 11.7 across the board in PE but the wideband shows 12.0 -12.1. Gotta tweak it before anymore WOT. Dont wanna blow it. More logging this week.
