Up hill, down hill, wind, whatever. Most of these tracks in question get certified before they can host huge nationally sactioned events and they have to be maintained within certain tolerances otherwise they can loose that event/revenue.
Atco is normally has a crosswind and even a headwind at times.
I know the title was posted as all in good fun/just joking around but merely wanted to clear that up.
