LSX Shootout Early Bird Party - Rain or Shine

Guys,

The LSX Shootout Early Bird Party is going to happen rain or shine Thursday evening (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm or later). As you all know, the weather forecast is a bit rough through Thursday evening. 20% chance of rain Thursday evening. Fortunately, it is excellent for the event Friday through Monday.

We just spoke with the Quality Inn (host hotel) about the Early Bird party in their parking lot. We can move the party 2 doors down to the Commodore Villages banquet hall if there is rain or a serious threat of rain. Everything will be the same, but indoors just a couple of stores down from the host hotel! BBQ, beer/soda, music, and the HUGE raffle.
