1. Pre orders are on a first come basis.
2. Pre order is considered a good order when 50% non - refundable deposit has been made
3. There will be shipping charges to the dealer and any drop shipped racks to customers
4. Balance will be due before shipment (3 weeks or less). Any orders not paid for within 1 week of availability to ship from the warehouse will lose their order and be charged the 50% non-refundable deposit.
