I now have an 85% chance of being promoted! Almost guaranteed!!
I know I know, "promoted in Geek Squad LOL" smurf YOU.
A promotion is a promotion.
Full benefits from not any benefits is full benefits.
Working from home from having to drive 30 extra miles a day is working from home.
40% raise is a 40% raise.
Bonuses that reach $2,500 every quarter at age 21 are bonuses that reach $2,500 at age 21 EVERY QUARTER!!
I'm extremely in a good mood, so I'm going to read ls1 and then go get wasted cause I don't have to work until 4pm tomorrow.
Celebration, who's coming!?

Can't sell them----I will have a new engine in there, hopefully soon....now if you need a block, then I got you covered.
What exactly is your promotion and how does it differentiate you from the rest of the useless SOBs that work there?
I'd be working from home remotely fixing computers. My boss would be myself. It's a full-time job with benefits and a 40% pay raise and guaranteed 32 hours a week with paid over-time approved almost 90% of the time.
I would be one of the remote (Covert) agents on support.geeksquad.com
ok- dude that is way too easy to abuse, but it's great.
yea, they are tight as hell with that overtime- I got plenty when I used to work there because where I was working there was a lot of spanish speaking clientele- and no other salesperson could.
Grats dood. Dont let these little bitches shit on your parade. I know there are some major dooshes that work at Geeksquad, but there are also some extremely smart and talented people there as well. One of the guys i worked with at crystal lake got that same position about a year ago, maybe a little less and he loves it.
Hope it works out for you. If you get it you can upgrade to an 06 and get the black tail lights, lighted buttons on the steering wheel, and a door lock button! Did I miss anything? lol
Very happy for you man. BTW we here on the site should get your phone number in case we need some help, by no way would ANY of us call you for prank purposes.
Simmer down til ya get it - still a '15% chance' you'll get shit.
Good job
I know I know, haha. That's why I'm not going crazy about it. Still have to go through 2 phone interviews.

Haha, actually, surprisingly, this test is really smurfing hard. Not because it's hard as shit questions. But more like because it's such random questions you have no idea what it is going to ask. It's only 30 questions, but it will ask things about Mac, software, hardware, Operating Systems, and Networking. You also have a timer for 60 seconds for each question, don't answer in time, no points! It will have such question as:
What wireless standards does an AirPort Express Base Station support?
A) 802.11 b/g
B) 802.11 a/b
C) 802.11 g
D) 802.11 a/b/g/n
Then it will do something like, "In Internet Explorer 6, which of the following does Resetting Defaults NOT do?"
It's a lot of random shit and on top of that I don't know crap about Macs.

I think you're thinking of something different. This was a pilot just released about a good 6-7 months ago.

I am planning on doing a WTT for someone for 06 tails. I already have an 06 wheel, just need the clock spring.

Maybe it was only 6 moths ago then, Ive had a lot of stuff happening in my life, so Ive completely lost track of time. But I know hes was one of the first to get the position. He said there were only like 5-10 spots at the time for the entire GS and it was a brand new program.
I hope it works a lot better than AJU, that worthless pos system makes me want to shoot babies out of a cannon into a puppy factory. The work quality was awful, and 25% of the time i put a computer on it, it was untouched when i came in the next day. We spent as much time fixing/double checking AJU crap as we would have just fixing it ourselves.
Just in case anyone cares and since everyone wants to be "in the know" on each others lives on here...I have a phone interview (hour long) on Wednesday. As long as I'm not a dumbass and don't make myself look like a jackass, I'm a shoe-in.
So basically, within 2 weeks after Black Friday, I will be working from home with this new position.
