You may already have this stuff, but just in case
- hardened pushrods
- valve seals
- springs
- tool for holding lifters in place
- tool to compress valve springs
- hose with fitting & compressor to hold valves in place
- assembly lube for cam, pushrods, rockers, timing chain, etc...
- extra rocker arm bolt or two (in case you accidentally round off the shoulders during removal)
- coolant
- oil filter & oil
- new crank bolt (ARP or GM)
- GM manuals came in handy for me as well...
Hope this helps!

The crank bolt is TTY and should be replaced everytime it's removed. Hardened pushrods should be swapped in everytime you change to stiffer valve springs, because the stock pushrods will flex too much at higher RPM.
I'm stockpiling parts for my heads and cam installation next month and once my injectors come back I'll have everything.
This is my list:
Cam
Advanced Inductions cnc'd 243's
Patriot Extreme spring kit
Pushrods
SLP high volume oil pump
double roller timing chain set
Resized LS2 injectors
ARP head bolts
Grade 8 locking header bolts
Crank bolt
Head Gaskets
Water pump gaskets (there are two)
Exhaust gaskets (the originals are reusable)
Front timing cover gasket
New spark plugs
Assembly lube
Antifreeze
Street Tune
You can getaway without some of these items. I'm anal about my car, the parts used on it and as a personal preference prefer to hit everything on the first attempt.

I don't think bigger injectors are needed for you setup.

stock injectors will work all the way up until 100% duty cycle but would you trust your motor to countless WOT runs at 100%?, 95%?, 90%?
I don't think you will find a single sponsor here that would do a head cam build in house and not recommend a larger injector.
FYI you can have stock LS2 injectors re-sized and flow matched for a little more than $200.00 Pretty cheap insurance in my book! on top of that, they are already off the car and your already paying $$$.$$ for a tune why not get your injectors into the sweet spot of around 70% on the first attempt, tune it once and be done. When your tuner says you are at 90+% and that they should be replaced not only are you going to spend the money on the injectors, there is now unnecessary labor involved and you gotta fork out at least $200.00 for another tune. Seems back woods to me
ARP head bolts are $99.00 from vendors here on this site.
what vendor are you refering to, i would like to talk to them

I would think 42's would be large enough. I had my stock LS2 injectors re-sized and flowmatched to 48 for $210.00. You should ask whomever is doing your tune or seek the advice of one of our sponsors that does a lot of H/C GTO's. CAll FRAN at RPM he does nothing but LSX powerplants and a lot of LS2/LS3 GTO and corvettes. That or maybe seth at Hinson could help.
My tuner has a 500+ wheel HP vette with injector much larger than 48 and he still gets 24ish highway MPG.
