LS7 Heads...Talk to me.

I've been reading about LS7 heads until my eyes are ready to bleed over at 1tech. Gimme your thoughts if you have some ideas on the subject.
Right now I have TFS 245's with a Fast 90 and 90mm tb,what I want to do is a set of LS7's with a FAST 102/102mm tb.

Robin says that all the new LSX parts are going to start shipping, so you might want to wait a little longer. http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/genera...lsx-parts.html

You may know this already but the LS7 heads take a different intake than the standard LS1 heads, again you probably already knew that but just in case you didn't now you do.

Will the spider style intake fit under the hood of a GTO?

Any idea how the spider will perform versus the FAST 102 I just put on mine?

How do these heads flow versus Trick Flow, or MAST?

Nope... it's very tall.

It's a high RPM intake. Depends on the combination as to how much and at which RPM your gains would be attained.

Performance Induction manufactures the MAST Motorsports heads.

We offer the PRC cnc ported LS7 heads. We've made 750 flywheel horsepower with our PRC Ls7 head on 454 applications for a magazine article a little while back. I think there's a good bit of power going to the nice LSx LS7 intake & a near 400cfm head from your current 345cfm head.

For right about $2500 with hollow stem valves & the PRC EHT spring kit!!

I remember there being a back-to-back comparison thread were the trickflows showed some great stuff compared to the LS7 heads.
