That may be, but IMO Andy has great customer support (been the vendor that most constantly gets back to me quickly and answers all my PM's. There are plenty of sponsors I'd never think about PM'ing and only trust getting a response through a phone call...and at 9pm at night, not everyone's in the office and typing out a request or question is sometimes easier than leaving a long winded voicemail, IMO.) and seems to stay involved with newer products and buzz worthy items like BCR coilovers. He jumped in a put a kit together that fills in the gaps of pieces that normally go with a shock/springs install. Not that you can't do it yourself, but it's nice to have a kit ready to order, and not source from multiple vendors. And not THAT many sponsors carry BCR and I'm pretty sure Andy has the only complete kit option. Just my two cents, not trying to be argumentative...

About time a manufactuer offerd front seperate from the rear in a coilover setup that really only has front coilovers. For years everyone always asks for front only options.
Now its possible.
Out of curiousity what is the spring rate on the front coilovers do you know?

My front springs had the numbers 62 170 007 on them. (62mm might be the diameter, 170 length compressed maybe, 007 = 7kg/mm someone might know better.)
From other posts I understood the default spring you get is a 7kg/mm. I think autoagenda confirmed this.

Some guys were asking for 8kg/mm since they had maggies. An I think they got them... Don't know.

You could get the fronts also from autoagenda. I ordered the front only kit in around late April.

Andy is the only one with a full set. (bushings, bolts etc.)

From other vendors you get the coilovers, new bearings and new sway bar end links (stock ones won't work, anybody want to buy my new in box Kolarracing HD end/links??). Autoagenda offers strut top bushings for and extra cost.

If Andy had had these a couple of months ago I would have definitely bought from him.
Right now I still need front RR bushings but not urgently.

Forgot to add 400lb/in = 7.1kg/mm
So the default springs should be around ~394lb/in

Andy can of course correct me if I'm wrong.

7 kg Front=392 lbs
9 kg Rear =448 lbs

My understanding is that different rates are avaialable special order, please allow 15 days. And to clarify if I am "stepping up" or "catching up"...its about 90/10. I do my homework before bringing on new manufactures...half a dozen other manufacturers wanted me to sell their coilovers...but either the price, quality or support wasnt there. BC Racing and Kollar Racing are a good fit.

I have no problem with you being delayed on the coilovers.
Means you dont just jump into every new thing and consider it great without seeing its flaws.
Better late than never and the fact people even care about our cars still is awesome.
I hope he keeps adding stuff for years to come even though were deceased creatures now.

Andy,

What are the "shock bushings" that are in your kit. Bump stops?

If I remember corretly the coilovers ship (front at least) with dust boots and bump stops.
I did take my dust boots off to look at the how the strut was sealed. I can't remember the bump stop but I didn't buy new ones so I guess it was in there

bump stops included on both. The stock bushing goes on top where it bolts up inside the trunk. Mine did not come with these so i reused the old. Will be ordering new ones and replacing my worn out rubber ones.

Rear with the boot slid up
