Nick Patterson (apacrep) ordered a couple things from me in the past few months. He ordered a set of grilles and an intake. He's received both items but has decided to file chargebacks with his credit card. There's not much I can do about it, but I'm out over $200 because this guy has decided he'd like to get something for nothing.
Again, I can't do much about it, except for posting this information here to warn others.
Here's the address he used:
111 Irwin Street
East Alton, IL 62024
This phone number still works for him, he just won't answer my calls when I come up on the caller ID:
Update: 7/31/12 12:52PM - I went back through all of my records and determined that PayPal covered one of the chargebacks, so I'm not out as much as I thought. Nick, sorry for claiming that you owe me almost $600. You really only owe me a little over $200. My bad.
Sorry to hear about this Spencer. It's crap like this that makes it bad for the rest of us! To bad that fother mucker doesn't live closer. I have "friends" that would collect these parts, and then some, back for you. However, in the meantime, I'm sure his number/addy will be getting A LOT of unwanted phone calls/mag subscriptions that he didn't want. Stuff like this really rubs me the wrong way, in case you couldn't tell.

If you have business associates in Illinois ( ) you can probably initiate a Small Claims Court action to recover your losses and costs (including compensation for your associate). Depending on how you structure it, you can ask for the trial to be held in a place near your associate. If defendant does not show, you get judgement.
*THEN* it's time to call a bailiff, who shows up with an AR15 on an official basis, and you point at whatever you want until the $3 grand or whatever judgement is fulfilled.
Slimebags rarely are equipped to deal with a well done small claims court effort. Usually they can't get off work at their minimum wage job. If I understand correctly, you have affiliation with a sponsor in IL. This could be a lot of fun for you guys and win-win.
You can usually be awarded up to the max for Small Claims in your state, *PLUS* costs, so charge up those $150/hr hours !

I was going to say I knew who this was, but after seeing the GTP and the house in the other thread I have no idea. I have to go on military duty literally tomorrow, but I'm not above going and trying to talk to the guy. I'll be back in a week and see what I can do.
We don't have many GTO's in the area really. I'm sure I'll recognize the car as soon as I see it.
Somebody close go talk to this guy, shit like this pisses me off to no end.

I was looking for him since he PM'd me maybe a couple weeks ago saying he had a Svede for sale because at some point I mentioned on here I was looking for one.
I never picked it up from him since something came up that I shouldn't have spend the money on it. I went to PM him again (not seeing these threads) if he still had it. His PM box was full so I made a thread about getting his attention to PM me...
Well I was lead to these threads and holy crap thank god I didn't buy from him lol. What a shithead...
