...picked these up used on Tech a while ago.
2004-these are the GTO specific 5x120mm
15x4.08" Front(71LB-504N25A) with 26x6" Mickey Sportsman radials
They came with Hoosier 275/50-15 Drag Radials...not only did they look to short, the wide rims made them less then 25" tall, and boy did these tires disappear quick on the street!
When i dismounted them,i measured the rim width-they are actually 10.250" mounting surface to mounting surface!I phoned Weld, they had no explanation...the right part # is on the rim.Needless to say this width is max'd on the car.
Now knowing this,i decided on Mickey Drag Radials 255/60-15.They fit the car very nicely,i have driven around, they are not rubbing and no contact anywhere.
They measure just over 26's tall on the car.
Keep in mind i have not done a hard launch as i don't have any drag bags yet!
On another note,i was very surprised to see these rims are not hub centric!I mean this rim combo only fits the GTO!!!

Awesome! How about a shot from the side to see how the backspacing really is.
Also, you might be measuring the wheel wrong. If you're measuring lip to lip thats where the extra width is coming from. Measure inside to inside not edge to edge (if that makes sense lol)
I'd throw a skinnier tire up front if they're a 4" wheel though.
...no,measured inside to inside lip!
The front tires came with the rims, but i think the 6" radials are the skinniest 15"...
Got deposit on the roller so i am taking the car apart, these rims/tires are now for sale.

Oh whoops I was thinking for the rear. I think there is a spacer you can use for the front.
I was talking to a guy on here with an 05 that put 15 rts all around. He told me the offset needed for the front and what else he did but I cant recall. Im probably going to end up getting 17s for the front but Im trying to see if I can find the specs on the 15s he used. The rear bolt does need to be ground down and I know he said that's the same for the front but I dont remember if he had to grind the actual caliper.
I'm running weld rts 15x10 wheels in the rear. I have Hoosier QTP 27x11.5x15 tires on them.
